Term and Condition

  1. By using this Site and Services, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.
  2. (We and Us) herein are used to refer to both wefixtv.com and E&L Electronics.
  3. All content on this site "wefixtv.com" and "E&L Electronics" are copyright protected and should not be used without written permission from Us.
  4. Damages incur from violation of clause 3 will be dealt with.
  5. Information taken from this site and used for purposes other than what is intended for will not make Us liable.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse service(s) without prior notification.
  7. Services have 90 days Parts and Service Guarantee, unless otherwise stated.
  8. Any items left after 90 days will be deem the property of Us, unless otherwise stated.
  9. All repaired items left after 15 days will incur a daily storage charge of 1% of the total repaired cost, items will be held in storage for no longer than 75 days after.
  10. Prior arrangement can be made to avoid clause 8 and 9.
  11. At diagnostic CHARGE is applied to all equipment. Unless otherwise stated. Charges can be found here.
  12. Customer name, contact number and diagnostic payment must be made before any work is done.
  13. None compliance to clause 12 will result in an automatic No Service.
  14. We issue an estimate to all Customer(s) before any repairs are done.
  15. Customer after receiving the estimate (cost of repairs), need to authorize Us before any repairs can be done.
  16. Authorizing an estimate requires Customers depositing 60% of the total repair cost. There is exception to this clause! e.g... Where the repair cost is significantly less than the value of the equipment.
  17. After an estimate is issued, it is valid for a period of no more than 30 days. This is necessary to safe guard Us against loses, as market prices tends to change.
  18. All repaired item carry a holographic guarantee seal! Ensuring that the equipment was service by Us. This is a good way for customers to verify that their equipment was serviced by E&L Electronics.
  19. If for any reason we cannot repair your item (most unlikely), we will issue a full refund. Unless otherwise stated.
  20. Deposits can be made at the banks, please keep in mind that whatever delay are incur as to your bank of choice, will also affect delivery of services.
  21. We Offer NO CREDIT. Talk to us about layaway Plan.

These Terms may seem rather harsh, however it is a necessary component required for smooth operation. It is not in our interest to keep your equipment. So, if we can avoid these hurdles, then the cost of service goes down significantly, benefiting you the Customer and We the servicer.

Shipping Terms

  1. We provide shipping country wide excluding Corozal District.
  2. All orders received with proof of payment via e-mail before 1:00pm will be shipped on the same day.
  3. Once shipment is made a baggage number will be provided to you via e-mail or SMS text.
  4. The cost for shipping 1/2lb or less is approximately $18.50bz. You can contact us for exact shipping & handling cost.
  5. Pickup is available, sourcing the required part will delay 15 minutes. Pickup service parts need to be paid in advance, unless it is a single item in which case there is no delay.
